Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you shop at Glownook we collect the information needed to process your order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and your order history. Payments are handled by Wix Payments or PayPal, and we never see or store your full card number. We also collect standard website data such as your browser type, device and pages visited through cookies and analytics.
How we use and share it
We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, answer support requests and, only if you opt in, send occasional emails about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We share your name and shipping address with the warehouse or supplier that ships your order and with the carrier delivering it. Payment details go to our payment processors, and site data is handled by Wix, which hosts this store. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will respond within 30 days. This store is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy as the store grows, and the latest version will always be posted on this page.
