Refund Policy
30-day returns
If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition. To start a return, email johnnyjohnny5353@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or missing items
If your item arrives damaged, does not work or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will ship a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice, and you will not need to send the item back.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order has usually been sent to our warehouse and can no longer be stopped, but you can still return it under the 30-day policy once it arrives.
How refunds are paid
Once we receive and inspect a return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping was free, so the full product price is refunded.
