Shipping Policy
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is free to every address in the United States. Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses, so please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the day your order is placed. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking and delays
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the first scan, which is normal for international shipments.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and holidays can occasionally push delivery past the estimate. If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.
